Sacred Bloom Therapy offers both private-pay sessions and limited insurance options.
Private Pay Therapy Fees
Private-pay therapy gives you more flexibility in how we structure your care, including access to longer session options that allow more time for deeper therapeutic work.
Standard Therapy Session
50–55 minutes — $175
A standard therapy session for ongoing support with anxiety, burnout, emotional overwhelm, nervous-system regulation, and personal growth.
Extended Mind-Body Therapy Session
90 minutes — $225
Private pay only
A longer session for clients who want more space for deeper emotional exploration, somatic therapy, grounding, nervous-system regulation, and integrative mind-body work.
Therapeutic Reset Session
120 minutes — $350
Private pay only
A spacious, immersive session for clients who want deeper reflection, emotional processing, and mind-body support in one extended appointment.
Why Clients Choose Private Pay
Private pay may be a good fit if you want more flexibility, prefer not to use insurance, want longer session options, or value more privacy around diagnosis and treatment information.
Insurance can be a helpful option, and Sacred Bloom Therapy accepts UPMC and Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield for standard sessions. Coverage depends on your specific plan.

Payment Options
Payment is due at the time of service.
Sacred Bloom Therapy accepts:

A card is kept securely on file and charged after each session.
Please note that HSA/FSA eligibility may vary by plan, and late cancellation fees may not be reimbursable through HSA/FSA accounts.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged a $100 late cancellation/no-show fee.
Please note that late cancellation and no-show fees are not billable to insurance and are the client’s responsibility.
