What Sacred Bloom Therapy Is — and Why It Exists

A Space to Come Home to Yourself

Sacred Bloom Therapy was created for women who are tired of always pushing through, holding everything together, and still feeling like something is missing. Feeling like they are just ‘getting by’.

It’s a space to set down the weight you’ve been carrying and reconnect with the parts of yourself that deserve care, attention, and compassion.

Here, your cycles, your story, and your pace are honored — because you were never meant to live on autopilot or keep pushing past your own limits.

You were meant to live in tune with yourself, to grow in your own season, and to feel supported as you do.

How I Work With Women Like You

I bring together clinical training and holistic wisdom to support women in a way that makes sense for real life — steady, attuned, and personalized.

With me, therapy is:

  • Evidence-based + trauma-informed — using CBT, somatic therapy, and nervous system regulation

  • Holistic + practical — blending breathwork, mindfulness, and body-based tools with lifestyle shifts

  • Food & mood–focused — exploring how gut health, nutrition, and hormones affect your energy and emotions

  • East-meets-West — weaving Eastern philosophy with modern mental health care

  • Compassionate + steady — honoring your rhythms, your timing, your truth

This is a space where the whole you is welcome. Not just the parts that look put together.

Why Sacred Bloom?

I believe growth is sacred.

Just like nature, women move through seasons — expansion, rest, rebirth, bloom. When we honor those cycles instead of fighting them, life becomes more sustainable, clear, and connected.

The name Sacred Bloom is a reminder:
You don’t need to force yourself to become someone new.
You already hold everything you need.
My role is simply to help you remember.

About Me — Justine Trumbetas, LPC

I’m Justine Trumbetas, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience supporting women.

I’m Justine — a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience walking beside women on their healing journeys.

More than the credentials, I’m someone who lives what I practice. I’ve learned how to move with my cycles, create space for rest, and stop chasing someone else’s pace.

Some days I’m tending to herbs.
Some days I’m curled up with tea and silence.
Other days I’m holding space for clients to breathe and remember who they are.

These rhythms shape the way I do therapy:
Not clinical. Not cold. Not cookie-cutter.
Just deeply human support — grounded in compassion, clarity, and truth.
