About Sacred Bloom Therapy

Sacred Bloom Therapy was created as a space where women can step out of constant pressure and reconnect with themselves.

Many of the women I work with appear strong, capable, and high functioning on the outside. Yet internally they feel anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from their bodies.

Therapy here focuses on helping both the mind and body shift out of chronic stress and survival mode so that real, lasting change can happen.

Rather than only managing symptoms, our work focuses on understanding the deeper patterns behind anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm.

Here, your cycles, your story, and your pace are honored — because you were never meant to live on autopilot or keep pushing past your own limits.

You were meant to live in tune with yourself, to grow in your own season, and to feel supported as you do.

My Approach

I integrate evidence-based psychotherapy with holistic and mind-body approaches to support the whole person.

This includes:

• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
• Somatic therapy and body awareness
• Nervous system regulation
• Mindfulness and breathwork
• Education on the gut-brain connection and how food affects mood and mental health
• Lifestyle patterns that influence emotional wellbeing

Mental health does not exist separately from the body.

When the nervous system becomes more regulated and the body feels safer, emotional healing becomes possible in a deeper and more sustainable way.

About Me

II’m Justine Trumbetas, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience supporting women through anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, and life challenges.

My work focuses on helping women better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, nervous system, and overall lifestyle.

Over the years, I began to see that many people had already tried traditional talk therapy but still felt stuck.

This led me to deepen my training in somatic therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and integrative mental health — allowing me to support clients in a way that addresses both the mind and the body.

My goal is to provide therapy that is:

• thoughtful
• collaborative
• practical
• deeply supportive

so that women can develop lasting emotional balance and a stronger connection to themselves.
